To have more of a direct impact with clients in a collaborative, collegial work environment.

As OCM lead, working with a transportation client to help them streamline their procurement and accounts payable business processes. Project’s success was due to, in part, the ability to integrate the change management expertise/efforts within the process and systems teams and workstreams.

What is your superpower?

“Leading from behind”

What excites you about 2030?

My daughter will be 25; I’m looking forward to seeing where she will be on her path. I am also looking forward to seeing to what degree we’ve addressed current problems regarding climate change, education and social justice.

The ability to truly provide creative, “outside the box” solutions.

What is your favorite part about TA culture?

Intellectual collegiality

To be successful, one needs to be resilient, good at forming/sustaining relationships and excel at juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

Going to live music venues (jazz), traveling (the beach is among my favorites), going to local theatre/performing arts venues, cycling with my daughter, and playing golf.
