Why did you join Toffler Associates?

After graduating with my MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in May 2021, I was seeking a new career opportunity in strategy consulting where I could put my business toolkit to use and solve real business problems. When I learned of Toffler Associates and its future-focused strategy work, I was thrilled to explore the opportunity and end up here at the firm. In business school I was most interested in major transformations that companies and organizations go through to dramatically change the way they operate, the workforce, and the utilization of new technology; because of the alignment between my interests and the firm’s futurist brand, joining Toffler Associates as a consultant was a no brainer.

What is your superpower?

I can identify individuals’ strengths quickly and am resourceful in finding ways to further enhance and bring those strengths to light in conversations and on projects. This is particularly helpful in collaborative environments like we have at Toffler Associates.
