Brian serves as a Business Operations Analyst at Toffler Associates, supporting resource management, back-office functions, ad hoc reporting and data analysis, project management tools, process improvement, facilities and various administrative activities for the firm. Brian started his career in retail operations where he quickly rose to a number of store leadership roles for Kmart while completing his AA in Retail Management and Marketing from the Harrisburg Area Community College. After earning his B.A. from The University of Maryland Global Campus, Brian leveraged his leadership experience into an Area Leader role with 7-Eleven where he had direct oversight of brand standards, operational efficiency, compliance and profitability for a large group of Franchise Owners. During his tenure with 7-Eleven, Brian also completed a Technology Project Management Bootcamp at The George Washington University to further pursue his aspirations of working in the consulting industry.

Why did you join Toffler Associates?

I joined Toffler Associates because I wanted to utilize my previous experience in operations and leadership to provide meaningful capabilities to meaningful work and Toffler recognized that I could help!

What is your superpower?

My superpower has always been my ability to build relationships quickly.

What excites you about 2030?

2030 will perhaps bless me with an increased role in my career, a more permanent residence within the DMV and maybe a family of my own.

What do you enjoy most about Toffler Associates client work?

The work we do is meaningful and strategically important to the future of our clients and their people and that in itself is very rewarding.

What is your favorite part about TA culture?

The people, easy! We have a very diverse group of thinkers from all different backgrounds who consistently come to work each day and focus on improving and being innovative.

How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time listening to live music, traveling to destinations that I have never been, evaluating the coffee shop experience throughout the DMV and quality time with my lady and our dogs.
