Jacob “Jake” Lindsay joined Toffler Associates as the firm’s Talent Acquisition Manager after retiring in 2021 from a 21-year career in the US Air Force. Jake was qualified as a ground and airborne Satellite Communications Technician, an Aircraft Loadmaster, and finally as a Personnel Superintendent. Throughout his career, Jake traveled to every continent and provided combat, humanitarian, and peacetime services to further the mission objectives and success of global operations. Jake is very grateful for the opportunity to fulfill his lifelong dream of serving his country, to have met extraordinary people, and be able to experience something bigger than himself. Jake’s talent acquisition role at Toffler fully utilizes the skills he developed in the Air Force: leading and mentoring people, as well as building relationships and comradery with lifelong friends he considers family.
