Owen has been a Toffler Associate since October 2020. Prior to TA, he was a 10 year federal servant with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) executing a number of roles – including agency-wide strategic planning, design thinking and facilitation, and intelligence analysis. Owen graduated from the College of William and Mary with a bachelors degree in Government and Middle Eastern Studies, and from Johns Hopkins University with a masters degree in Global Security Studies. He holds certifications in project management (PMP), design thinking, and facilitation.

Why did you join Toffler Associates?

Owen joined Toffler Associates to apply unique human-centered design approaches to solving a wide array of client challenges involving their future. This approach to working with clients is engaging, unique, and rewarding!

What is your superpower?

Owen’s superpower is an enthusiasm for facilitation design and execution. Creating the magic, energy, and breakthroughs that happen as a result of a well-designed workshop or facilitated meeting are one of Owen’s professional passions.

What excites you about 2030?

The constantly increasing access of human beings to space, the benefits that access provides, and continuing to drive toward the ultimate goal of becoming a multi-planetary species.

How do you spend your free time?

Playing, watching, eating, and sleeping ice hockey and the Washington Capitals. Spending time with my French bulldog, Flo.
