What is your superpower?

Helping clients get to crystal clarity on the challenges they face and their strategy for achieving goals.

What do you enjoy most about Toffler Associates client work?

TA has this great approach to engaging with clients. There are no bounds placed on the relationship- allowing for very rich connections to happen between clients and consultants.

What would you emphasize to a recruit about your role, the firm, or success at client?

Helping clients achieve important outcomes starts with genuinely caring about them.

What was your most influential prior job experience and why is it relevant at TA?

I was fortunate to spend six years as a firefighter and paramedic. In the fire service I learned how to be part of a team that had to be able to communicate well and operate efficiently in often less-than-ideal circumstances. Working in public safety gave me an important perspective on what is and isn’t an emergency, and how to bring calm to difficult situations. I find those skills to be helpful in my consulting role with clients.
