What excites you about 2030?
Same thing that excites me today. We operate in a human-centric society but supported by new, innovative technologies and societal norms. But at the end of the day, I am and will continue to be excited to work with smart, creative people.
What is your favorite part about TA culture?
Productive collaboration, even in a virtual environment, permeates throughout every aspect of our culture. That is a very hard trait to find in an organization and when it exists, we are able to achieve some incredible things.
What was your most influential prior job experience and why is it relevant at TA?
When I was 17 I had the fortune of accepting the position of busboy for a restaurant just down the street from my house. Through that experience, I was able to learn about people, collaboration, and not being afraid of a little dirt or grunt work. To this day I still consider myself the best busboy this side of the Mississippi whenever I drive by the place 🙂
