The insightful work Toffler Associates performed for the Army was invaluable in helping us see past the noise of the daily chaos and consider the influencers that could confront the Army installations of tomorrow.  Toffler helped us go further and build a framework to promote the resilience needed to overcome future disruptions through a connected enterprise.  That framework was instrumental for the first recently published Army Installations Strategy.
