In this conversation Deb Westphal, Chairman of the Board for Toffler Associates, talks with author and former GE Vice Chair Beth Comstock about the organizational transformation she led at GE through the rediscovery of the company culture and reigniting the passions that the company was founded on.

Beth was able to spark passion by connecting people to the finished products they had a hand in creating. This more human-centric approach to change leadership is explored in this discussion, as well as the concept of an imagination gap which is the focus of Beth’s new book Imagine It Forward.
