I love that Toffler’s culture is so cross-disciplinary. A project team may include engineers, political scientists, and writers, or people who have been with the firm anywhere from three weeks to fifteen years, all working alongside one another. Most of all, I appreciate how welcoming and considerate everyone is. No one’s voice is diminished.
